How high should kitchen cabinets be
Typically, upper cabinets are installed based on the height of your ceiling and 18-20 inches above the counter-top of the lower cabinets. This allows for plenty of space for your backsplash and small appliances. However, this could vary based on your unique space and style needs.

How It Works

To get started on your countertop installation or countertop replacement project, request a free consultation with a E9 Master Carpentry & General Construction kitchen specialist.
Make style decisions
During your consultation, one of our kitchen specialists will show you samples of countertop materials, colors and edge styles and help you choose the best option for your lifestyle and budget. You’ll also receive a quote for your project, including materials and installation. The quoted amount must be paid in order to move forward with the installation process.
Measure to fit
Within two days of payment, our local, authorized installer will schedule a time to come to your home to measure your space and create a template, or “footprint,” of your new countertop so that it will fit properly.
We deliver and install
Once your new custom countertops have been fabricated, the installer will remove your existing countertops if needed and install the new countertops, ensuring a proper fit. Installation will take an average of 1-3 days to complete, including any plumbing disconnect/reconnect that may be required.
